This role will support the development and content creation of global projects and campaigns used by ICN. Interns will learn how to take a video project from beginning to end, as far as pre-planning, producing, filming, and post-production.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the design and execution of video/media campaigns
Create weekly and monthly video production and editing calendars to promote company brands
Create, edit, and distribute video content in partnership with Social Media team, Marketing team, and leadership
Track website and social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Support marketing team at live and online events
Skills and Qualifications
A successful candidate will have diverse educational qualifications and technical skills to deliver on the job. A great Intern will have some specific skills and qualifications including:
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in digital communications or related field such as advertising, journalism, or graphic design
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, etc.
Knowledge of social media analytics software, such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance
Experience with image/video editing software, and word processor applications
Professional certification in Google Analytics and/or SEO is a plus
Interested in social media trends
Copywriting and editing skills
Creativity
Available to work at least 15-25 hours per week or more
Ability to work under tight deadlines

All interns must formally accept and abide by International Christian Network’s (ICN) Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.
This internship is an unpaid position.
Pre-Field training happens through online materials and virtual meetings with coaches leading up internship start date.
Dates and duration of internships are flexible, should be worked out with the team.
Degree Credit available upon the approval of your university/college supervisors.
