Remote SEO and Web Development Intern

Over the duration of the internship, you will gain real world experience designing an SEO solution and seeing the results by watching Christ followers join our ministry. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
ICN Remote SEO and Web Development Interns are part of the IT team who lays the foundation for continued technical growth. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Review Google Analytics and provide recommendations for SEO improvements
  • Recommend and implement site changes focused on SEO improvements
  • Create reporting dashboard for monitoring traffic
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
A successful candidate will have diverse educational qualifications and technical skills to deliver on the job. A great Intern will have some specific skills and qualifications including:
·      Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate
·      Experience using Google Analytics
·      Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other desktop applications)
·      Working knowledge of Google AdWords is a plus, but not a requirement.
·      Working knowledge of a CMS, HTML, and CSS.
·      Exceptional attention to detail
·      Excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills
·      Work with a team to deliver features and improve architecture
·      You are passionate about customers and product quality
·      Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
·      Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·      Team player with strong communication skills, and a desire to learn new things
·      Self-Motivated and strong willingness to learn
·      Available to work at least 15-25 hours per week or more
·      Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • All interns must formally accept and abide by International Christian Network’s (ICN) Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.
  • This internship is an unpaid position.
  • Pre-Field training happens through online materials and virtual meetings with coaches leading up internship start date.
  • Dates and duration of internships are flexible, should be worked out with the team.
  • Degree Credit available upon the approval of your university/college supervisors.
