Duties and Responsibilities
ICN Remote Product Development Interns are part of the operations team who creatively discover ways to promote ICN, its brand, and that of our partners to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build dashboards with qualitative business data
Assist in constructing member and partner journey mapping
Discern insights into member and partner journey value
Collect data, review, and analyze past data
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
A successful candidate will have diverse educational qualifications and technical skills to deliver on the job. A great Intern will have some specific skills and qualifications including:
Currently enrolled in college as a business major
Completed Junior year of college or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or data analysis
Familiarity with Excel
Experience collecting and analyzing quantitative data
An interest in data visualization
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated and strong willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Copywriting and editing skills
Creative mindset and design capabilities
Available to work at least 15-25 hours per week or more
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional Information
All interns must formally accept and abide by International Christian Network’s (ICN) Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.
This internship is an unpaid position.
Pre-Field training happens through online materials and virtual meetings with coaches leading up internship start date.
Dates and duration of internships are flexible, should be worked out with the team.
Degree Credit available upon the approval of your university/college supervisors.
